Land Acquisition and the Proposed Bill from the Perspective of Schedule Castes & Schedule Tribes (SC/ST) Empty Land Acquisition and the Proposed Bill from the Perspective of Schedule Castes & Schedule Tribes (SC/ST)

I have some points as a member of deprived section, Schedule Caste (SC), my question is, that at the time of independence our population was 6 corore, which is now only 17.5 corore. At that time we had no land in India except small houses in villages and one room slum homes in cities, due to prevalent caste discrimination. Since independence, the Indian government has not reformed the land distribution. Although some families in villages were allotted farming lands but that was very less as compared to lands with privileged caste Hindus. In cities the situation became worst and Indian government after 1947 developed all posh and middle colonies for privileged caste Hindus, so called upper caste Sikhs and Jains but slums like concentration camps of Nazis for us, with most of the shops in slums gifted to privileged caste Hindus. Due to our historical negligence by Indian rulers, till now, we have no share in industrial land or expensive wholesale and retail land. And so on the story goes, neglecting population, and adding this with Schedule Tribes, make 25 corore (250 million) (Schedule Tribes are facing real danger and its is direct Indian army, CRPF and administration with all modern weapons infiltrating in their territories and jungles).

Till when we would be kept neglected in this nation, when will this end or is India, ruled by caste Hindus, really a solution for us?

Why Indian government removed the right to property from fundamental rights as added by Dr BR Ambedkar?

Is there any treaty between India government and Schedule Tribes between land acquisition?

Will Indian government make a treaty with Schedule Castes to provide them land equal to their population in all sectors, such as farming, industrial, retail etc. and that within a specific date?

Will there be share of Schedule Castes and Schedule Tribes in mines, oil fields inland and seashores, natural gas reservoirs?

Will there be a Land Ombudsman (like political ombudsman Lokpal) to check the land distribution to Schedule Castes and Schedule Tribes and to check forceful acquisition of their land by private or public sector?
