About The Book

This book discusses the assumption that Bharat Ratna Babasaheb Dr. B R Ambedkar, the Chief Architect of Constitution of India, is the Man of Millennium for Social Justice, in the sense that he became the deliverer of or the Messiah of the Dalits, the erstwhile Untouchables, Other Backward Classes (OBCs), and women, constituting 95% of Hindu population. That big segment of population had been forced to live at a sub-human level from time immemorial, under caste system, sanctioned by Hindu scriptures. First instalment of Human Rights to the most wretched section was caused to be given by Ambedkar in 1932, through Poona Pact signed between him on behalf of Dalits and Madan Mohan Malviya, on behalf of Hindus. He completed the remaining job through Constitution of India of which he became the Chief Architect. Another assumption is that scope of Freedom struggle led by Mahatma Gandhi, Father of Nation, and his Congress was limited to the objective of securing transfer of power to only Upper Castes, on the pattern of Hindu Scriptures, and therefore they had barred the social questions from being raised on Congress platform. Final assumption is that Ambedkar is the Man of Millennium for Social Justice, since he was the first man in history to successfully lead a tirade for securing social justice to the vast sections of Indian humanity, with the help of a law, which practically repeated the concerned portions of Hindu scriptures.

About The Author/Editor

Dr. S L Dhani, was born in 1932, in the same deprived section of Hindu population. To which Dr. B.R. Ambedekar belonged with much worse adverse adversities and thus had to experience even worse sufferings, than those suffered by the latter. Still, he graduated with Sanskrit as one of the subjects and joined Punjab Civil Service. He steadily continued widening the horizons of his knowledge, so that by the time of his retirement at the age 56, he was M.A., Ph.d. LL.B. equipped with Master's Diploma in Public Administration (MDPA) from Indian Institute of Public Administration, New Delhi. He had also secured Certificate in Promotion of Small Enterprises from Cranfield School of Management, Cranfield (UK). He got admitted to Indian administrative Service in 1970 and rose to become Commissioner and Secretary to Government of Haryana. He set and example of sacrifice by quitting his job after coming into serious clash with government on the questions of institutionalized corruption in his own government. Dhani shot into international prominence in June 1975, by propounding Manvantara Theory of Evolution of Universe, which was, inter alia, presented by him on invitation in International Seminar on Theosophy and Science, organized as part of centenary celebrations of Theosophy by the World Theosophical Society, in December 1975, and in International Seminar on Aryabhata organized by Indian National Science Academy, in November 1976. Thereafter, he was also featured by BBC in its Overseas Program. Most of his published works are based upon reinterpretation of Hindu mythology, which fact earned him the epithet of Iconoclast at the hands of reviewers. God and Goddesses in Hinduism.
