Difference Between Crimes Under Lokpal (Political Ombudsman) and Other Crimes and should SC/ST/OBCs be brought under this Bill? / Lokpal ke ya anya crimes mein kya fark hai aur kya SC/ST/OBC ko inmen lana sahi hai?

Other crimes are general crimes that can be voluntary or involuntary / personal or organized / in defense / or out of greed etc. But such crimes do not affect society and state at large, thereby, their range is very less and also the compulsion and other vaults available to reduce of let off such compulsion.

But in case of crimes that Lokpal is going to dealt with such as corruption in state bodies are organized crimes that affect society and state at large. Such crimes are not only done by bureaucrats or politicians, but also business people, other nations, banks, financial institutions, media, religious and charitable trusts, NGOs, eminent personalities etc. are also as responsible for such crimes and they contain a country's wealth and resources. Further these are the crimes by classes not by masses and starts from above mentioned classes that constitutes power structure of India and benefits such classes the most.

In context of India SC/ST/OBCs are out of such power structure, thus it is irrelevant, unreasonable and unlawful to drag them and their representatives under such bill, because here in this case such people are although few in numbers but are hopes and sources of survival for a much larger depressed and backward masses with least resources and wealth of the nation, negligible to participate in any such organized crime at equal approximate ratio. Even if they participate in such crimes, they do that under the compulsion of the structure defected by much prevalent, privileged and corrupt classes, thus they are not left with any other option rather to participate, or to become part of a dysfunctional structure.

Further it is contentious that how much this bill would attack such corrupted layers of privileged classes, but history is evident, that they would rather fail to do so. What would be left for the propounders of this bill is only to show their worthiness and that they would show by attacking lower bureaucratic structure where safeguards are less available. And as India in bind by castes and religions, those in a better state, either at the same class with depressed castes or classes, would enjoy impunity from such attacks. Thereby the only pray left would be SC/ST/OBCs as they are not in the position to fight against such a powerful and ancient structure with control over all destructive means and human institutions of the modern world.

The result could be worst nightmare for any nation loving citizen. It would destroy the peace and harmony of India that we are enjoying for past 64 years. It would result in loss of important earning members of massive depressed communities thus would create an epidemic, much deeper than ever before in its gravity.

Anya general crime hai jo ki jaane / anjaane / ya organized / ya defense ya / laalach ya aise hi kisi pravarti mein ho sakte hain. Par inka asar samaj aur rashtra mein utnaa door tak aur utna bura asar nahin hota, jitna ki unkaa hota hai jinko ki Lokpal ke andar laane ki baat ho rahe hai.

Ye crime organized hain aur ismen jo tabkaa power structure mein hai, wahi shuruaat hai aur iskaa faydaa bhi use hi jaa rahaa hai. India mein is power structure mein SC/ST/OBC nahi hain balki ye organized crime against state hai, koi masses nahin karti, balki classes karti hain aur sirf politicians ya bureaucrats hi nahin, businessmen, NGO, Dharam ke sansthapak, wo dharmik ekaiyaa jo kala dhan chuupati hain, cheritable trust, banks, pramukh hastiyan, adi bhi isi shreni mein aate hain.

SC/ST/OBC abhi power structure mein nahin aaye naa hi unkaa desh ke san-saadhanon par adhikaar theek anupaat mein hua hai. Dusare, yadi is shreni ke log is organized crime ka hissa bante hain, to isliye ya to chup rehte hain ya usmen mil jaate hain, kyonki, vyavasthaa unke haatho main nahin hai aur naa hi unmen iske khilaaf khade hone ki kshamtaa hai.

Saath hi agar unhe shamil kiyaa gayaa to iskaa samaj aur desh par bahut bura asar padega kyonki ye sarkaari ikaiyon mein kam anupaat mein hai par inke saath desh ki badi jansankhyaa ki ashaae aur jeevan ke saadhan jude hai. Is tabke ko is kanoon ke tahat laane ka matlab hai, sabse pehale inkaa hi safayaa sarkari sansthaon se karnaa. Kyonki Lokpal kahan tak deshwasiyon ko nyaay dilaa payegaa yeh to pataa nahin, par haan yeh nishchit hai ki in upar di gayee classes ya kahe power structurre ko haraa nahin payegaa, chooki itihaas main aaj tak haisaa nahin huaa hai. Par haan, apani upyogitaa ye SC/ST/OBC ka safayaa kar ke dikhayega, chunki Bharat mein log jaati se jude hain ya dharam se jude hain, to ve jinki sthiti majboot hai, unka Lokpaal kya karega, yeh nishchit nahi ya kis anupaat mein karega, yeh bhi nischchit nahin. Haa SC/ST/OBC ko aur reservation system ko shikar banaa kar desh ko apang jarur kar dega aur warg sangharsh ko apani charam wyavasthaa par pahunchaa dega jo ki rashrta ki ekta evam akhadataa ke liye ghatak sidh ho sakte hain.
