Reservation In Emerging Corporate Banks & Insurance Companies

RBI is planning to issue licences to corporate houses in Banking sector & soon make amendment in Banking Regulation Act 1949. Banking sector is the largest job provider so far.
So the question is whether reservation policy for ST/ST/OBC will remain same with these new banks and also when will these policies be followed by foreign banks & private insurance companies?
Few years ago private players were called in insurance sector, but the reservation policies were not followed in these private companies as they are followed in government insurance companies like LIC or UTI?
With India's emerging private sector it is need of an hour that SC/ST/OBCs should push this cause further.
